This dealership is very new to me. Up to now I've had too service

Atrocious, Over priced £600 for 1 & half hours work , car returned without a wash and valet. Screen was replaced with water not correct screen wash. Taken to a different garage to be told my car had faults on the ECU which had not been checked
Everything was carried out with efficiency
Due to not knowing what was happening with the car, and a complete lack of communication. Thankfully I am not used to this sort of service, at Cooper Malton which is my nearest local dealer the service is 5*.
Repair completed and whilst I waited I was provided with office space and coffee :-)
Car was in for end of warranty inspection which I thought was very good and brake fluid was also changed which saved another visit (I have a service pack withe the car).

Marked the NSR bumper whilst exchanging the light cluster under warranty.
All work was done and ready for collection when they stated.
Customer service is very good, from receptionists through to the service administrators, they are all very helpful and friendly

Did the work quickly and efficiently
I didn't get a phone call on progress or when the car was ready to collect. Sarah on the other hand was really friendly and nice to deal with.
Car was not cleaned or washed afterwards which was promised by the service department. These little things make a difference from other car manufacturers.
My fault wasn't fixed
The lady that served me was very helpful and a blessing
I agreed a check in time of 10 am & it was 10.20 before I was actually seen- even then I had to go up to reception & remind them that I was there. The loan car was filthy inside- apparently no time to valet it!
Prompt attention on arrival and service completed in time stated.

ON SITE CAR PARKING IS AN ISSUE WHICH SHOULD BE RESOLVED. CLEARER SIGNAGE FOR SERVICE RECEPTION COULD BE IMPROVED. THE STAFF HOWEVER WERE FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND VERY ATTENTIVE.

Service took a lot longer than the 2 hours than I was advised ...made me late for work
2 reasons, firstly when the car was washed it dried with water marks all over the car which made it worse than when i brought it in and secondly blue ink was found on the drivers door panel in several places on cream plastic and leather, not happy.
it took 5 days for you to deliver our vehicle back to us. Truly awful and multiple breakdowns in the communication chains...
On this occasion the service was not up to BMW standard. I asked for the vehicle not to be washed as it was already clean having been taken from my garage to the dealership. Unfortunately the vehicle was washed and left with water marks all over it.
I was promised a valet before I collected my vehicle. It wasn't valeted when I saw the vehicle. I complained they took it away. Vehicle came back outside washed, front mats hovered rest of the inside wasn't touched. I will complaining when I go back.
Always a satisfactory experience from start to finish.
This would have been 5* but for a lac lustre wash of vehicle, but understand short staffed at the time.

Firstly I was quoted a price over the phone, this turned out to be the wrong figure, I ended up paying £70 more after a couple of conversations with service advisor which was better than £200 more.
Please see above, however it is more the Stratstone website which is misleading and deceitful rather than the staff at the dealer.
Slight paintwork repair was completed with perfect results
I was supposed to have been contacted by BMW about my complaint within 4 working days... no one has had the decency to be in touch within a week of email. I would score a zero if I could!
Slightly frustrated by 20 min delay between my vehicle being returned to the customer car park and availability of my service receptionist to return my keys. The receptionist was busily working with another customer and was not at fault in any way.
Overall interaction with the staff.
Wrong car ordered, which caused delay in delivery, and hand over being at END of the month. Plus colour of wing mirrors not as advised - still waiting for replacement! Also not happy with system of handing over to someone else for car hand over !
No respect to the client
Constant care and attention to us while we waited and also arranged transport from the station etc.
The initial delivery date was changed three times and when the car was finally delivered it was not to the agreed specification
All aspects dealt with promptly and professionally but in a friendly way. Loved the handover in the showroom. The 2 people we dealt with - brilliant.

Everything that i made aware i wanted doing/not doing to the car upon arrival was adhered to and the staff kept me well informed through the process. The whole process was a walk int he park!

I sat in a BMW X1 I asked for Panoramic Roof Electric Side Mirrors that folded in Electric seat SatNav on windscreen I did not receive none of this :(
Stratstone Doncaster are a pleasure to deal with. They were professional and efficient at the point of sale and their follow up service including guidance through retaining my personalised registration number was reassuring.
The purchase process was handled very well but at handover we were unhappy being asked to sign a Check List before the actual tasks had been completed! The Retailer Handbook was not initially stamped/completed and we're still awaiting some paperwork.
You have my records on file and frankly I have lost the appetite to keep repeating myself. If these surveys are read and noted by yourselves then you should talk to MIndi and Robert Brett to get a full download.
Because i came to you for a 2nd hand car, Lewis did a grate job by getting me to buy a new one & i ham very glad he did .
Arrived to see a second hand car and found it was sold the day before after putting £200 deposit to hold it until we arrived. Also when we went to collect the new car we had to wait 4hrs due to a recall item being rectified.
The team was helpfull from start to finish and got the personal touch from the manager

The collection went very wrong Ask Elliot Gale for the facts , he did his best to look after me 110%, their is a list of things. Sales staff and the car are great could not fault them in any way
Unfortunately on the first delivery the incorrect car had been ordered so we had to wait over 2 months for the new one. Otherwise it would definitely have been a 10.
