Cant fault the front desk for the service I received.
The sales guy that dealt with me through booking in to arranging hire car through the work I wanted doing did a great job. He listened to me and was always available when I called and was my single point of contact throughout which was good.
My wait appointment was for 1400 hrs. But one hour later the car was still waiting to have an MOT. I always believed that an MOT had to be carried out at the appointed time. Consequently I did not leave until 1640.
Was well looked after, unfortunate that the car was kept overnight which was a slight inconvenience
Good friendly staff great customer service
Service took place in sub-zero temperatures,I was told the window washers didn't work and was quoted £122 for the repair. I pointed out that it was probably due to them being frozen, they worked perfectly afterwards. I don't expect that from BMW.
Show room was freezing, and lacked TLC, framed picture leading into toilets had the glass broken...
Solved an ongoing electrical issue extremely effectively
The problem was not resolved completely. The fault is a known issue across certain models but the case is apparently in mitigation so the sensor could not be swapped. I found the explanation rather vague and not what I would expect from BMW.

Car was given a safety check over and the oil and filter were changed. I was somewhat surprised that the following day the windscreen was fluid level alarm was activated, surely something as basic as washer level top up should have been included.
Great service and I was looked after... it just took a while to change 1 tyre.Almost 2 hours.
not happy with the fact that poor design has cost me money. Windscreen washers blocking and they say it is because I haven't used BMW fluid. I have been driving for 32 years and I have never had this problem with any other car I have owned.

I only had my summer tyres replaced with winter ones! (2.1/2 months ago....) But the local Stratstone staff are excellent, especially if I can book services localy without going through to the general/nationwide call centre.
Jennifer Campion, ensured that I was kept informed on a regular basis as to progress of the work on the car which took a week to put right. She arranged for a member of staff to take me home and also arranged for BMW financial assistance re repair.

We were treated extremely well by everyone at Stratmore especially by Graham, who looked after us through the paperwork after a test drive.
Change over was a most pleasant experience, salesman very efficient and made us feel welcome. A far better experience than our previous Ford Cmax.
The actual lead up to collecting the vehicle was text book the only fly in the ointment was the 3 way communication between Motability, RSA (insurance) and Stratstone in dealing with the transfer of a personalised plate.
