Car was given a safety check over and the oil and filter were changed. I was somewhat surprised that the following day the windscreen was fluid level alarm was activated, surely something as basic as washer level top up should have been included.
Great service and I was looked after... it just took a while to change 1 tyre.Almost 2 hours.
not happy with the fact that poor design has cost me money. Windscreen washers blocking and they say it is because I haven't used BMW fluid. I have been driving for 32 years and I have never had this problem with any other car I have owned.

I only had my summer tyres replaced with winter ones! (2.1/2 months ago....) But the local Stratstone staff are excellent, especially if I can book services localy without going through to the general/nationwide call centre.
Jennifer Campion, ensured that I was kept informed on a regular basis as to progress of the work on the car which took a week to put right. She arranged for a member of staff to take me home and also arranged for BMW financial assistance re repair.
Very professional and courteous staff who kept me updated throughout each stage of my car being in. Always professional and friendly and service provided is of a high standard.

The car went in because a warning sign appeared(possible emission problem),problem solved but 10 minutes later sign came on again, after another visit problem solved ,now the parking lights don't flash when using remote to open/Lock,still don't work
Thank you for your recent feedback - I understand that this error has now been resolved now they have been turned back on to the automatic setting.

After a puncture on the motorway, the car was recovered rather late in the day to Stratstone. A new tyre was in stock and fitted to the car quickly so that we were able to resume our journey to London and then on to Devon. Great service from all.

Attentive service, kept fully informed
A few minor issues. Was promised a loan car but told on the morning that I needed ID so couldn't have loan car. Was then promised car would be back with me no later than 3.00pm and it arrived back at 3.45pm. Also memory seat settings were wiped.

Service and updates performed as expected but the replacement of the air filters after less than 15,000 miles seemed an expensive luxury, which I would have not chosen, if given the option.

The actual service experience was good although a separate issue, related to historical servicing, was highlighted during the visit which for me was disappointing having purchased my used car 12 months earlier. Service Advisor currently rectifying.

Disappointed that service had my vehicle for one full day and then another two days to identify the fault. Now it is going to be another day to rectify it. Bit of an annoyance when I am having to travel from my Pontefract to Doncaster each time.

Nothing a problem, excellent service from all staff
From what I have just said previously about my cars spare key, I eventually got the key roughly a month and hal after getting the car.

The sales staff were excellent both Dan, my salesman, and his boss Elliot. They were polite, knowledgeable about the car and really listened to my needs. They went the extra mile for me and I would happily do business with them again.

Having moved to Doncaster from the South Coast you are always weary of moving to a different dealership. Since re-registering my old 3 series and with the purchase of my new car I haven't had any problems.

All of the team at Stratstone BMW Doncaster could not have been more helpful and attentive during the purchase of the car.
Friendly staff and I got a better equipped car than expected for the money. They were very flexible and patient with me while I moved house also. They waited to do the finance until after I had they keys to my new house.
