Dropped car off at 09:15 told it would take about two hours, it took over three. This was for initial diagnostics which I believe is no more than plugging into OBD port and downloading data.

I came to get a tyre replaced. After that, the car making some new noises from new tyreside. When rechecked it again, there was some plate which was coroded and cracked. It should have been picked up at the first place when the tyre was replaced
