Fixed the problem
As above. However, your front of shop staff were, as usual, very helpful.
Poor quality of cleaning & valeting. Dirty black marks on drivers mat - difficult to clean. No paper mat.When picked up for my lift back to Stratstone - a 10 min trip - driver had to go via Doncaster town centre at rush hour to pick up another 45m
I asked if they could clean my rear window as I have difficulty cleaning it inside, as I was to get a complimentary clean and vac I asked for this when I took it for its service. It wasn't done and the clean was appalling
As always a very professional service was provided by Stratstone Doncaster. Dean, the Service Advisor kept me informed of progress with the car and rang to inform me when the job was complete.The car was returned to me clean and at the agreed time.
Truthfully honest and on time when the date and time is stated if required additional parts from other locations then honest answer how long this will take

Winter check carried out promptly, video available to view. Made comfortable with hot drink while waiting, car returned with full report and cleaned.

The sales guy that dealt with me through booking in to arranging hire car through the work I wanted doing did a great job. He listened to me and was always available when I called and was my single point of contact throughout which was good.

My wait appointment was for 1400 hrs. But one hour later the car was still waiting to have an MOT. I always believed that an MOT had to be carried out at the appointed time. Consequently I did not leave until 1640.
Good friendly staff great customer service
Service took place in sub-zero temperatures,I was told the window washers didn't work and was quoted £122 for the repair. I pointed out that it was probably due to them being frozen, they worked perfectly afterwards. I don't expect that from BMW.
Show room was freezing, and lacked TLC, framed picture leading into toilets had the glass broken...
Solved an ongoing electrical issue extremely effectively
The problem was not resolved completely. The fault is a known issue across certain models but the case is apparently in mitigation so the sensor could not be swapped. I found the explanation rather vague and not what I would expect from BMW.

my car was fixed promptly and I was kept well up to date with any problems. The centre is a lovely place to visit and great showroom. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Not as luxury experience as other dealers who provide champagne, free charging cables etc with a purchase. Bmw was basic.
On the first day of receiving the car there was a problem ie the window windings failed understand things can go wrong I was also promised as part of my purchase I would receive a spare set of car Matt's which haven't been received iv sent emails.
Graham looked after us from start to finish, fantastic experience all round. The girls on reception are always brilliant and happy to look after us when we visit. Graham has also arranged for me to have adaptations fitted to the car after we took del

We were treated extremely well by everyone at Stratmore especially by Graham, who looked after us through the paperwork after a test drive.
Change over was a most pleasant experience, salesman very efficient and made us feel welcome. A far better experience than our previous Ford Cmax.
The actual lead up to collecting the vehicle was text book the only fly in the ointment was the 3 way communication between Motability, RSA (insurance) and Stratstone in dealing with the transfer of a personalised plate.
