The lady who served me made the drop off/booking in/collection of my car so easy and hassle free, especially as Id got my 6 year old with me! I apologise Ive forgotten her name, but shes a credit to the Statstone brand.
Promised a wash and vacuum on my car which never happened. Only realised when I got home as car was collected in the dark

overall i was satisfied with the service the only thing that lets it down is you have to pay for a courtesy car which i believe you should not have to pay for it should be free or you could have a courtesy bus to take you where you wanted to go
Very professional. Quick service Only downside. I was left without a vehicle. Whilst mine was to be fixed. Luckily this wasnt a massive inconvenience as I work in the area where the garage is
The interior of the car was cleaned with silicone spray and left the steering wheel slippery. Non of the presents and settings had been carried over from the failed unit to the replacement

The team explained what they were doing throughout the service. They called me to check on work to be carried out. I felt they could have offered a bit more support in relation to a query I had with the Leeds dealership and only did an Ok car clean

The work completed was done very well however they pointed out an illegal tyre on the video link sent to me which was several hours later and never mentioned the tyre allowing me to drive away on an illegal tyre.
The sales and service staff are all very helpful, knowledgable, and enthusiastic about making my visit as easy as possible.
The part was immediately ordered, sprayed and fitted to my car next working day.
The matter was dealt with but the overall experience wasn't great

This is not my local dealership, but Hull could not do an MoT so I went to Doncaster. The staff there were very efficient with excellent communication about the progress of work during the day and with minimum fuss about things like the courtesy car.
Staff were professional, I didnt feel pressured into signing up for the deal, we were provided with drinks and the experience of the reveal was an amazing experience.
Again Chris made us feel comfortable and remained professional
