Staff are great and very helpful - however the showroom is starting to feel very dated now and could do with a re-fit. I shall be arranging my waiting appointment with Sandall Wakefield in future as their waiting area and facilities are much nicer.

Notified S.stone Don. about an oil leak on the gearbox when I dropped it off for its end of warranty check- All they did was wash off the oil and deem the leak 'not serious enough' to repair. On a sealed for life 8 sp.ZF box, with 14k on the clock ?
Bearing in mind the tyre was fitted at a BMW Garage/ Service Dept I would have expected them to carry out a Pressure Reset
Just to be clear that the work was undertaken at the Mini dealership as opposed to BMW

Atrocious, Over priced £600 for 1 & half hours work , car returned without a wash and valet. Screen was replaced with water not correct screen wash. Taken to a different garage to be told my car had faults on the ECU which had not been checked
Everything was carried out with efficiency
Due to not knowing what was happening with the car, and a complete lack of communication. Thankfully I am not used to this sort of service, at Cooper Malton which is my nearest local dealer the service is 5*.
Repair completed and whilst I waited I was provided with office space and coffee :-)
Car was in for end of warranty inspection which I thought was very good and brake fluid was also changed which saved another visit (I have a service pack withe the car).

I would especially like to thank the delivery staff at Stratstone Doncaster for organising the surprise pick up of my vehicle to coincide with my father picking his up. It was a once in a lifetime surprise and well done for keeping it a secret!

All staff were very friendly. Jemma the hand over lady, Elliot the finance person and Marc the Sales Manager. Car had some damage to the colouring of the rear number plate. New one sent the next day.

Friendly and helpful.... if I do have have one criticism and this is being really picky ... I have previously bought 2 cars brand new and were given flowers and wine in the boot which I think is a really lovely gesture!

Wrong car ordered, which caused delay in delivery, and hand over being at END of the month. Plus colour of wing mirrors not as advised - still waiting for replacement! Also not happy with system of handing over to someone else for car hand over !
The initial delivery date was changed three times and when the car was finally delivered it was not to the agreed specification
Constant care and attention to us while we waited and also arranged transport from the station etc.
