I have emailed the dealership with my experience, still not happy with my reply to be honest!
The service manager was informative & got the car serviced in a timely manner , other staff in the centre were friendly & all in all it was a pleasant experience.
Everything was just so smooth.
Always choose Srtatstone Docacter. Very professional etc but on this occassion someone failed to complete the service reset. Hence,, the computer tells me that i need a service that i have just received. Poor show.

Works carried out quickly and a full 3 hrs before I was due to pick it up. It turned out the indicator was simply for rear brakes, and not a full service as it first indicated. Instead of servicing anyway I was informed and the brakes changed.

Stratstone have been a nightmare since the moment i had the misfortune to take my car for an accident repair 12 months ago. Terrible service, terrible workmanship, terrible (if any) communication. Appalled from start to finish.
I had to phone 2 times to get a reply ev3n though it was not. What I was after the fact that no one had the curtesy to tell me that. When I change my car this will help decide.

A vehicle check was done and report said brake fluid red & required checking. The car computer says amber needs check in August. I'm on a service plan so why was it not checked if they completed a vehicle check? I now need to arrange another visit

Always find there is a lack of product knowledge on the part of the staff. This applies in particular to the sophisticated technology on your cars. I generally find I have to enquire on the internet if I have a problem or complicated enquiry.

I was extremely satisfied because I had a leak in my EGR pump which had flooded my engine, the way that Sarah and the rest of team handled the situation was fantastic.
It took longer than anticipated
Marks not removed from runner board and some splash stain left on the good runner board ,I presume from fixing the marks on the seat. Good work on fixing the seat and touch up of some stone chips which I appreciated.
Stratstones are fantastic since using them and have been nothing short of excellence in their approach to their customers and especially me!! They handled the recall the best they could despite it want their fault..

I phoned up as I thought indicator needed a bulb, to be told it wasn't urgent and could be booked in 6 days later!. I then went straight there to be ignored by reception staff who were buttering scones. Waited over 2 hours to be told it needed new

On a recent visit after an ongoing issue with my drivers seat stratstone offered to contribute 25% of labour costs after Bmw agreed that due to a manufacturing fault they would contribute 100% of the parts.My car is only 5 years old with 40,000 miles
Specifically asked for the car not to be washed. Yet when I went to pick it up one side of the vehicle had been splashed leaving water marks all down one side. The staff did offer to have it washed to remove them which I declined.
Lovely man who spoke to me over the phone, rang me and kept me well informed.

Called in for an MOT, the service was very good although, I think two hours for an MOT is over the top when Qwickfit can complete it in 30 minutes. I was however appreciative of the car wash facility which did take up some of the time.

The car is great, no doubt about it. The service by BMW and Stratstone however has been hideous. I received a written offer which I accepted and paid for only to be told after paying that the deal would not be honoured.
