The matter was dealt with but the overall experience wasn't great
I was very satisfied with the service.
Good communications, clear and straight forward health check video. Quick customer service. Slight downside in that interior of loan car needed a bit of a clean - used crisp packets left in door bin.

This is not my local dealership, but Hull could not do an MoT so I went to Doncaster. The staff there were very efficient with excellent communication about the progress of work during the day and with minimum fuss about things like the courtesy car.
The seat plastic should of been covered off for complete customer satisfaction

Repair took ages to fit in as courtesy car availability was very limited. Repair took much longer due to discovering another part was needed late in process. Had to chase for updates. Service light for MOT was on when I collected with no discussion

I had scuffs on 3 wheels repaired on cars 1st service the scuffs were repaired ok but the wheels were not cleaned properly so when they were sprayed the dirt has been trapped under the laquer not what I would expect from BMW and not worth £200

Very expensive. But feel reluctant to go elsewhere due to car sensors etc not working as they should if none bmw parts used.
everyone I dealt with handled things extremely well especially Graham Vine, who has now gone to Audi and Elliot Gale - great people, enthusiastic and make you feel part of something special

The team went over and above to ensure my repair ran as smoothly as possible, Jennifer and Isaac on the front desk were helpful and patient, whilst Kyle and Gary took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the vehicle and how it had been fixed.

The only disappointment is that I have to go back again because the part my X3 requires is on back order with no indication when the part will be available .

Only thing tht could have been better was the state of the car upon delivery. A scratch on the dashboard and multiple hand prints all over the windows were visable upon driving home

The showroom and all who worked there were lovely and couldnt have been more helpful, but as a motability customer I was staggered to learnthat the disabled toilet was in an another building! They couldnt find the key for the building! No ideal!
It would have been five stars but there is a towing eye cover plate missing from the rear of the vehicle, which to be fair should have been spotted by who ever prepared the vehicle. I'm still waiting for a call to say the cover is in stock.

I came in for an end of 3 year check up on my 2015 420d and came out with a great deal (0% finance) on a brand new 2108 420d which isn't really costing me any more to have.
As previously mentioned, the service that I received from Stratstone Doncaster was on point. Very premium sales center with great customer service.
