it took 5 days for you to deliver our vehicle back to us. Truly awful and multiple breakdowns in the communication chains...
2 reasons, firstly when the car was washed it dried with water marks all over the car which made it worse than when i brought it in and secondly blue ink was found on the drivers door panel in several places on cream plastic and leather, not happy.
On this occasion the service was not up to BMW standard. I asked for the vehicle not to be washed as it was already clean having been taken from my garage to the dealership. Unfortunately the vehicle was washed and left with water marks all over it.
I was promised a valet before I collected my vehicle. It wasn't valeted when I saw the vehicle. I complained they took it away. Vehicle came back outside washed, front mats hovered rest of the inside wasn't touched. I will complaining when I go back.
Always a satisfactory experience from start to finish.
This would have been 5* but for a lac lustre wash of vehicle, but understand short staffed at the time.

Please see above, however it is more the Stratstone website which is misleading and deceitful rather than the staff at the dealer.
Firstly I was quoted a price over the phone, this turned out to be the wrong figure, I ended up paying £70 more after a couple of conversations with service advisor which was better than £200 more.
Slight paintwork repair was completed with perfect results
I was supposed to have been contacted by BMW about my complaint within 4 working days... no one has had the decency to be in touch within a week of email. I would score a zero if I could!
Slightly frustrated by 20 min delay between my vehicle being returned to the customer car park and availability of my service receptionist to return my keys. The receptionist was busily working with another customer and was not at fault in any way.
Overall interaction with the staff.
Can I say the person I dealt with on the service desk was excellent (sorry forgot her name) I gave 4 out of 5 on this section and when I submitted it, it asked if I was sure!!! Bad move BMW.... shame on you! It's now a 3
No cause for complaint.
I am actually looking to buy a new car for my wife and i spoke with Marc Potter about it. However, after this incident I don't think stratstone will be on the top of my list.

Friendly and helpful staff, provided a brilliant service
my car went in for a fault I had to call request someone call me back or at least email me with the faults found. I was told someone would call me back no call!
Service done to time scales and quoted price - even if not the cheapest.

Took my £35000 car into them for some terrible squeaks and rattles from my door card and rear suspension only to be told that this wouldn't be covered under warranty. I was very very dissaponted with this outcome. It's very distracting when driving.

overall i was satisfied with the service the only thing that lets it down is you have to pay for a courtesy car which i believe you should not have to pay for it should be free or you could have a courtesy bus to take you where you wanted to go
Very professional. Quick service Only downside. I was left without a vehicle. Whilst mine was to be fixed. Luckily this wasnt a massive inconvenience as I work in the area where the garage is

All great, only slight negative was having to wait 1hr 15m when I went to pick up the car as it was being valeted. I found this odd as I arranged the pick up a week in advance and arrived at the agreed time.
All the staff were excellent made my car buying experience an unexpected pleasure
We waited nearly 2 hours after alloted time and did not receive a hand over we had to go back to find out how things worked on the new car and still waiting for things to be done as sat nav could not be loaded and another thing is not working
Staff were professional, I didnt feel pressured into signing up for the deal, we were provided with drinks and the experience of the reveal was an amazing experience.
Again Chris made us feel comfortable and remained professional
