While the actual service of the car was fine, the car incurred damage to the paintwork/ light. Either in the workshop or when was being cleaned. Obviously this not acceptable. I have never experienced this before when having other cars serviced.

Took my car in to be diagnosed with a chassis problem, they managed to find the issue. I was told the part wasn't in and they ring me next week, never got a call back. I had to chase, got told I'd get a call back, it's been another week.
