Our experience was really not good. From the outset communication was terrible and even after asking to speak to the dealer principal at least 4 times in writing, I still haven't spoken to him.

Overall good experience with BMW Doncaster. My first time being able to do the full part-exchange & new car purchase with them. My only small faults were the very low initial part-exchange offer and not getting the Driveway insurance this time.
