On picking up my ( brand new) car, it was not presented in a room, as it should, but outside, parked in a disabled spot, not looking good . Had to take it back for a polish.Never received winter mats ( part of the deal ) No after sale follow up call.

staff very good, disappointed with the courtesy car i paid £30 for, nice car but absolutely filthy ,this i would not expect from a BMW dealership, i got asked if i wanted the complementary valet and the car came back with chocolate on the rear seat.

Added a comment to my check in, was ignored. Took longer than 2 hours despite it being a 2 hour booking, would expect top work from a dealership. All the fuel took to get there, the time wasted as well as being late, was apparently worth a £30 mug

The entire team I dealt with were fantastic. I was kept informed throughout and due to a number of issues I've had with the vehicle they negotiated for BMW to pay the vast majority of the repair which was done really quickly.

The new drop off and pick up process is super easy, nice courtesy vehicles with complementary health check & wash vac. Always happy to accommodate while you wait appointments when / if needed.

I was I formed by phone at around 1.30 that the recall work had been done, it was just waiting for the wash and vac to be done. I was informed that someone would call me when ready to collect. However, I did not get call so decided to just call in.
