The sales man at Doncaster Stratstone BMW (a Mr Tom Ruff) worked his magic and found the the perfect car for my needs at a reasonable price. He managed to turn the car around within one week of placing my securing deposit, for which I am grateful.

Never had any problems with BMW Doncaster, in fact the service department there a few months ago helped me out no end and helped me find my diamond ring which was lost in the car. They removed the seat and there it was. I will always be so grateful

The service was thorough, I loved my video of the car health check, that was very helpful. The fact that you had issues with the roads, which you did all you could to ensure my booking was not impacted. The service when I arrived was friendly/helpful

Emailed the manager and then reporting issue to someone from Stratstone who callled asking me how they had done. A new tyre fitted was not inflated to correct pressure and no valve cap was fitted. Waiting for new valve cap they were sending in post.
