The work needed was carried out quickly and I was given details of the condition of the car and any significant work/parts needed in the future. My car seat was even put back in the position I left it!! Something that very rarely happens.

I was given a courtesy car on the day of my recall which was very helpful. Also Stacey was very helpful in dealing with keeping me informed during the day and on pick-up.

Stacey was very welcoming and gave me a courtesy call to let me know my car was ready, she even offered to have my car washed at the end of the procedure
